Returns & Exchanges Policy We appreciate your business, and hope that you'll enjoy wearing your purchase for years to come, however because we craft all our jewelry, one at a time, by hand,we can not offer refunds. We do though, stand behind the quality, and workmanship of each, and every item that we create. If the piece that you ordered isn't exactly what you wanted, you may return it within three days of receiving it, for an exchange or credit, as long as you return it in its original package, and undamaged condition. Should your item break, due to workmanship, we will gladly repair it for free within 30 days of receiving it. In the unlikely event that any of the aforementioned should occur, please package in a secure, padded envelope, with prepaid return postage, and insure for extra security. Then, if you would be so kind, e-mail us at: customerservice@elsyrene.com to let us know the reason for your return, and that it's on its way. All discounted items sales are final. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS. Shipping and Handling Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please be sure to send returns in a sturdy box or padded envelope. Elsa Irene Jewelry Designer is not
responsible for returned items lost in the mail to avoid this, please
insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry and add
a tracking number to the package. |
