Care
As a conscientious consumer, I'm
sure that you're well versed in the care, cleaning, and storage of fine
jewelry, but here are a few tips that I've found to work well:
STERLING SILVER:
• Only clean with a quality commercial, silver jewelry, cleaner,
or the following home products, diluted with water: non-abrasive toothpaste,
baking soda, and mild, phosphate free detergent. Use the softest, least
abrasive brush to clean, such as a baby's toothbrush, using an up, and
down, not circular motion. Dry with a soft cloth. 100 percent cotton is
great.
• Store in a Mylar or Polyethylene,
or a tarnish proof cloth, and maintain it away from humidity, and direct
light.
14K Gold-filled: The quality of our 14k Gold filled is excellent, and
to ensure that it lasts a long time, please store your jewelry in an airtight
container when not being worn.
In addition, Sterling Silver and 14 K Gold-filled jewelry should not be
worn in swimming pools, while bathing, or while putting on perfumes or
hairspray. If you would like to clean your jewelry, please do not use
harsh chemicals. Gently rub using mild soap and water for best results.
